Secretarial & Business Services Rate Sheet

I bill either hourly, on a retainer basis or per-project. My rates are listed below.

Payments

Hourly rates are invoiced on the 1st and 15th of the month with payment due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices must be paid in full in order for work to continue. Invoices will be sent via e-mail or fax at the client’s request and are payable via online through PayPal or postal mail with checks or money order.  If you have a project you need help with, or if you just need a few hours of assistance, please contact us for a quote.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payments through PayPal or checks via postal mail. Invoices will be submitted via email or fax. Payment is due upon receipt.   First projects for new clients and all projects over $200 require a 50% deposit. Note: You do not need a PayPal account to make payment using your VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. There are no hidden fees.
